AlmavivA de Belgique in Amsterdam is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to work with Product Owners, stakeholders, SMEs and technical teams in an Agile/SAFe environment.

You will manage backlogs, refine user stories, run requirements workshops, support PI Planning and UAT, and leverage Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Pages, Dataverse) and AI tools to improve requirements and processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Agile/Scrum and SAFe environments.
• Strong skills in eliciting requirements, stakeholder mgmt, and documenting business processes.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps, Power BI, Power Pages and Dataverse.
• Experience supporting UAT, PI Planning and backlog refinement.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with stakeholders, Product Owners and SMEs to capture and document requirements.
• Manage and refine the product backlog, features, and user stories.
• Prepare and run requirements workshops and support PI Planning.
• Create and maintain process flows, data mappings, and business rules.
• Coordinate UAT scenarios, data and test feedback; track backlog items.
• Provide technical coordination with cross-functional teams and ensure alignment.
