Job summary

Blo om on is seeking a senior brand manager in Amsterdam to lead evergreen campaigns, lifestyle shoots, activations, and a strong social media presence. You will partner with our Creative Lead and Brand & Range Director to shape brand communications and grow a distinctive European brand.

You will collaborate with Customer Insight, Commercial & Marketing, and Digital Product and Design teams, driving measurable impact while working in a fast-paced, budget-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in brand or marketing roles.

Responsibilities

• Own evergreen and peak campaigns across channels and activations.
• Lead on brand strategy and collaborate with Marketing and Creative teams.
• Manage the brand calendar and plan campaigns with clear priorities.
• Develop insight-led briefs for peak campaigns and guide creative development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to execute and report activities.
• Oversee production of lifestyle shoots and brand campaigns within time and budget.
• Drive CSR initiatives and ensure clear communication to customers across touchpoints.
