Job summary

Bloom & Wild Group in Amsterdam is seeking a senior brand manager to lead our brand strategy, ensure consistent creative output, and drive campaigns across Europe. You will partner with Creative, Marketing and Experience teams to shape our voice and elevate our campaigns.

The role requires 4–6 years in brand or marketing, ecommerce/D2C experience, and fluency in Dutch. You will manage shoots, CSR initiatives and collaborate with freelancers and agencies to deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in a brand or marketing role - ideally at a fast growing start-up or brand focused business
• Ideally, experience working on ecommerce or D2C brands
• Experience with agencies / freelancers
• Experience owning and project managing complex cross‑functional projects from ideation to execution
• Experience across as many brand touchpoints as possible, including physical product and social media
• Experience working collaboratively with creative teams to create work that is inspiring, engaging and delivers results
• Speaks fluent Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to brand voice and guardian alongside our Creative Lead.
• Lead on brand strategy, execution and bigger brand projects, collaborating with Marketing and Creative teams on related campaigns.
• Develop insight-led and inspiring creative briefs with clear business objectives for peak campaigns.
• Adopt a test-and-learn mentality across campaigns with measurable tests.
• Work with stakeholders across the business to shape, iterate, execute and report on activity.
