Job summary

Bloom & Wild Group is seeking a Senior Brand Manager to lead the Brand & Range function, spanning social media, PR, and campaign management. You’ll partner with the Creative Lead to develop brand communications and work closely with stakeholders to ensure campaigns meet business goals.

You’ll manage evergreen and peak campaigns, production of lifestyle shoots, CSR initiatives, and collaborations with freelance/agency partners, while guiding a small cross-functional team in a fast-growing

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in a brand or marketing role
• Fluent Dutch (Speaking & writing)
• Experience with ecommerce or D2C brands

Responsibilities

• Lead brand voice and guardian alongside Creative Lead, ensuring output stays on brief and on-brand
• Lead on brand strategy and big brand projects; collaborate with Marketing and Creative teams
• Develop insight-led, inspiring briefs for peak campaigns with clear objectives
• Create targeted brand activations delivering measurable results
• Adopt a test-and-learn mentality across campaigns with measurable tests
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to shape, iterate, execute and report activity
• Oversee creative production of lifestyle shoots and other brand campaigns, delivering to brief, deadlines and budget
• Lead CSR initiatives including sustainability and charitable giving and communicate these to customers
• Coordinate with freelancers and agencies for social media and PR in core markets
