Job summary

MSD Animal Health Nederland in Boxmeer is seeking an Associate Director Method Transfers (Bioassays) to lead a dedicated Bio Method Transfer team for Large Molecules across the EU/APAC network. You will drive strategy, ensure transfer readiness, and partner with R&D, QC and external teams to enable robust, compliant transfers.

In this senior role you will mentor staff, manage complex investigations, and shape end-to-end transfer processes to support safe, reliable batch release across sites.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's in Biological/Analytical Sciences or related field.
Extensive experience in analytics of large molecules (bioassays, vaccines).
Proven leadership in complex method transfer projects across multi-site networks.

Responsibilities

Lead Bio Method Transfer team for Large Molecules across EU/APAC.
Define and drive transfer strategy ensuring right-first-time implementation.
Coordinate budgets, timelines and deliverables across sites.
