Job summary

MSD Animal Health in Boxmeer, NL, seeks an experienced Associate Director Process Engineering to lead process deliverables across capital projects from concept to handover. You will guide a multidisciplinary team of engineers (process, mechanical, HVAC, civil) and coordinate with design partners to ensure compliant, cost-effective solutions.

The role requires 10+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech process design, familiarity with GMP (EU GMP) guidelines, and strong leadership in a matrix

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher in a relevant engineering field and extensive experience in capital projects (10+ years).
• Familiarity with GMP guidelines (EU GMP Annex 1), EHEDG, ISPE guidelines.
• Experience with multi-disciplinary teams and international project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead process deliverables for capital projects from concept to handover.
• Manage scope, schedule and cost across projects and coaches teams.
• Act as SME for systems and equipment and coordinate with design partners.
• Maintain and develop relationships with external partners across Europe.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and design standards throughout phases.
