Job summary

SIRE LIFE SCIENCES in the Netherlands seeks a Technology Transfer Program Manager to lead Small Molecule drug product technology transfer projects across manufacturing sites. You will provide end-to-end oversight to ensure timely, compliant transfers under GMP and regulatory requirements, collaborating with internal and external manufacturing partners.

You will drive governance, report on milestones, coach teams, and support regulatory submissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific discipline.
• 10+ years in Technology Transfer, Product Development, Manufacturing Operations, or Technical Operations.
• Strong experience with Small Molecule pharmaceutical products.
• EU and FDA GMP knowledge.
• Experience with change control, deviation management, technical protocols, and reports.
• Experience with regulatory licensing documentation.
• Expert project management and controlling skills.
• Advanced stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in complex matrix organisations.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Strong negotiation and influencing capabilities.
• Experience with enterprise project management tools.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Experience with multicultural and geographically diverse teams.
• Knowledge of German or French is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multiple Small Molecule technology transfer projects across manufacturing networks.
• Manage site-to-site transfer execution activities.
• Monitor timelines, milestones, risks, and performance metrics.
• Ensure transfers meet quality, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate donor and receiving site activities across networks.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and other teams.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment on objectives and deliverables.
• Act as primary contact for technology transfer activities.
• Develop governance frameworks and project reporting structures.
• Coach teams and sponsors through execution.
• Support regulatory submission activities for transfers.
• Assist with process validation, qualification, and documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement in technology transfer practices.
• Provide technical problem solving and issue resolution.
