Job summary

MSD is seeking a Senior Method Transfer Specialist (Bioassays) for our Animal Health site in Boxmeer. You will coordinate large molecule analytical transfers between R&D and QC, ensuring robust bioanalytical methods across multi-site networks, including readiness for transfers to Salamanca, Spain.

Strong communication and project leadership are essential, with on-site presence in the Netherlands. Requirements include a MSc/BSc in a related field, hands-on QC method experience with GMP, and

Qualifications

Bachelor or Master in Biochemistry, Biology, Molecular Biology or related field.
Extensive hands-on experience with large molecule bioanalytical QC methods.
Familiar with GMP production workflows and batch release timelines.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute analytical method transfers across R&D and QC.
Lead cross-functional transfer plans with timelines, milestones, and documentation.
Provide expert troubleshooting, data-driven advice, and method development support.
Oversee risk assessments, transfer readiness, and documentation reviews.
Collaborate with R&D, QC, QA, RA, and network partners to align priorities.
