Lonza Geleen in Geleen, the Netherlands, seeks a Project Lead QC to unite people, priorities and projects within Quality Control for cell and gene therapies. You will bridge customers and internal teams, coordinate technology transfers and help deliver life-changing therapies.

The role requires strong organization, stakeholder management and clear English communication, plus a biotech background and QC experience in pharma/biotech, CGT and method transfers.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology or Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology QC.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of cGMP and regulatory expectations.
• Experience coordinating analytical method transfers.
• Familiarity with CGT, cell culture, and sterile manufacturing.
• Knowledge of flow cytometry, ELISA and PCR is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Be a key QC contact for customers, building trust and sharing updates on testing and milestones.
• Proactively connect stakeholders across QC, Manufacturing and project management, driving decisions and follow-up.
• Lead and coordinate QC technology transfers and new method introductions.
• Maintain project plans, coordinate training needs and keep activities on track.
• Prepare, review and/or approve method transfer plans, protocols, reports and assessments.
• Coordinate QC input into change controls, deviations, investigations, validation and audit responses.
• Represent QC in internal and customer meetings, communicate progress and risks, and maintain cGMP compliance.
