Job summary

VectorY Therapeutics in Amsterdam Science Park is seeking a Temporary (Sr.) Technician to strengthen the Bioanalytics team. You will process biological samples from in vivo studies and perform molecular assays, turning data into decision-ready information for study teams.

This hands-on role combines laboratory work with data review, collaboration across Bioanalytics, Preclinical and Biomarker groups, and careful ELN documentation. Strong English and Dutch residency are required.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree at HLO/HBO/BSc or MSc level.
• Hands-on DNA/RNA isolation, qPCR and RT-qPCR.
• Ability to work independently in a laboratory environment with high accuracy and organisation.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Experience in a bioanalytical and/or regulated (GxP) environment preferred.
• Experience with ELISA and MSD, assay development, quality systems or ELNs is a plus.
• Residency in the Netherlands, preferably Randstad region.

Responsibilities

• Process biological samples from in vivo studies and run molecular assays.
• Review data and document work carefully in electronic laboratory notebooks.
• Collaborate with Bioanalytics, Preclinical and Biomarker groups to troubleshoot and plan analyses.
• Maintain data quality, scientific rigour and timely delivery of results.
