Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of QA experience in biotech/pharma.
• Experience leading QA and QMS activities.
• Experience with LIMS and QMS systems.
• Proficient in English; Dutch language beneficial.
• Knowledge of QA requirements for pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA activities and build and maintain team capabilities.
• Set goals for the QA department and define KPIs.
• Manage and improve site Quality Systems for development and production.
• Assist with electronic document management system implementations.
• Coordinate QA document reviews and related manufacturing/ assay docs.
• Provide QA support for lab operations to meet regulatory requirements.
