Job summary

Levy Professionals in Amsterdam seeks an experienced HCL BigFix Engineer to strengthen our Endpoint Management and Automation in a large enterprise environment. You will implement, configure, administer and continuously improve HCL BigFix to keep endpoints secure, compliant, reliable, and up to date.

You will maintain the BigFix platform, develop Fixlets, Tasks and Baselines, implement patching and software distribution, troubleshoot complex issues, and integrate with ITSM, CMDB and security

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience with HCL BigFix in enterprise environments.
• Strong background in endpoint management, patching and software distribution.
• Proficient in scripting for automation (PowerShell, Python).
• Experience integrating with ITSM/CMDB and security tooling.

Responsibilities

• Engineer, administer, maintain and upgrade the HCL BigFix platform.
• Develop and manage Fixlets, Tasks, Baselines, Actions and Analyses.
• Implement patching, remediation and configuration/content compliance.
• Troubleshoot BigFix, endpoints, relays, agents and deployments.
• Support lifecycle management across Windows, Linux/Unix, Azure and hybrid envs.
• Integrate BigFix with ITSM/CMDB, security and asset platforms.
• Automate using PowerShell, Python, Ansible, REST APIs, Git and CI/CD.
• Apply Infrastructure as Code and automation for scalability and reliability.
• Support monitoring, upgrades, migrations and platform modernization.
