Job summary

STAFIDE is seeking a Senior Linux & DevOps Engineer to join a hands-on, on-site team in Amsterdam. You will manage Linux environments, automate with Ansible, and monitor systems with Grafana and Prometheus.

You’ll work with Azure DevOps pipelines and artifacts, write scripts in Bash/Python, and ensure robust CI/CD across on-premises infrastructure and VMs. Strong problem-solving and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of professional Linux/DevOps experience.
• Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills.
• Hands-on Ansible playbooks and automation experience.
• Grafana dashboards and Prometheus alerting expertise.
• Azure DevOps pipelines, artifacts, and branch policies familiarity.
• Bash and/or Python scripting capability.
• Understanding of RDBMS concepts and indexing.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Linux environments and VM issues.
• Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks, roles, and modules.
• Create Grafana dashboards and configure alerts.
• Write PromQL queries and manage Prometheus metrics.
• Develop and troubleshoot Azure DevOps pipelines and artifacts.
• Collaborate with teams to maintain automated, reliable environments.
• Proactively identify and resolve infra and deployment issues.
