Job summary

HiredChina.com国际人才招聘网 in the Netherlands is seeking a Senior Solution Engineer to support the growth of C&I Battery Energy Storage Solutions (BESS) across the Benelux market.

You will lead technical pre-sales, develop solutions from customer needs, perform sizing and design, and collaborate with customers, EPCs and partners to move projects forward. Strong communication and English fluency are required; Dutch is a strong advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, Power Engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in BESS / Energy Storage / Solar / Power Electronics.
• Fluent English; Dutch is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical pre-sales support for C&I BESS projects.
• Develop technical solutions based on customer requirements and project needs.
• Perform system sizing, configuration and solution design.
• Work closely with customers, EPCs, distributors and partners.
• Prepare technical proposals, presentations and solution documentation.
• Support customer meetings, technical discussions and project clarification.
• Work closely with sales, product management and internal engineering teams.
• Provide technical support throughout the sales and project development process.
