PropRec Search seeks an experienced Audio Visual Technical Services Manager to lead and develop a team of Applications Engineers across Europe, delivering high level technical, design and applications support to resellers and customers.

This senior engineering management role combines technical leadership, people management, pre-sales support, project delivery and training in a fast-paced international AV environment.

Qualifications

• Strong and practical AV experience in the field with an AV manufacturer or reseller.
• Experience in technical roles involving AV system design, programming, integration and commissioning.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and coach a team of Applications Engineers.
• Set, manage and monitor team objectives related to technical sales support and customer service.
• Provide technical leadership across complex projects and escalated technical issues.
• Manage projects involving system design, commissioning, troubleshooting and customer support.
