Job summary

Abroad Experience BV is seeking an AV Programmer to assist customers with installation and operation of a wide range of A/V control products. You will provide remote and on-site support, troubleshoot integration, and guide system setup.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in AV control systems such as AMX, Crestron, or QSC, solid Python experience, and a proven ability to work across Windows, networking, and SQL environments. English fluency and BENELUX/DACH location preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in AV technical support, system design, and field commissioning of AV control systems.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, SQL databases, and networking.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and on-site support for AV control systems and assist with configuration.
• Diagnose issues related to control software, hardware communication (RS232, TCP/IP), and third-party device integration.
• Guide customers through system setup and resolve anomalies in software or hardware operation.
• Deliver advanced training for customers-programmers, online or in facilities.
