Job summary
FiSer Consulting, Amsterdam, is seeking a Senior Banking Consultant to lead transformation projects across operations, risk, compliance, finance and digital change. You will structure solutions, manage delivery with client teams and senior stakeholders, and ensure successful implementation from start to finish.
The role requires 5–8 years in banking/financial services/consulting, strong stakeholder management, and fluent English (Dutch a strong plus).
Qualifications
- Master's degree (WO) in Business, Economics, Finance or related field or equivalent experience.
- 5–8 years of experience in banking, financial services, fintech or consulting.
- Fluent English; Dutch is a strong plus. Based in the Netherlands with valid work authorization.
Responsibilities
- Lead banking transformation projects and workstreams from analysis to implementation.
- Own project scope, planning, timelines, stakeholder management and deliverables.
- Advise on regulatory change, risk, finance, operations and digital transformation.
- Drive change initiatives, process improvements and organisational transformation.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to high-quality delivery.
- Support business development and growth of FiSer's Banking practice.
