Maiden Marc Advisory are working with the Amsterdam offices of a leading global retained search firm that provides exceptional executive search and board leadership services across various sectors, including Financial Services, Technology, Private Equity, Business and Industrial Services, and Consumer/FMCG.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to add a Senior Analyst to the Research Team.

Senior Analysts play a critical and visible role in the search process, working closely with Associates, Senior Associates, and Consultants on live executive search assignments, internal strategic projects, and new business initiatives. The role combines strategic research, market and competitor analysis, talent mapping, project management, and external stakeholder engagement, giving you exposure to a broad range of sectors and functions.

Offering significant exposure to international projects and the opportunity to develop expertise across different industries and functional areas, high-performing Analysts are given increasing levels of responsibility as they earn it and have a clear progression path to an Associate position, alongside broader opportunities in executive search and leadership advisory.

The typical profile of a successful candidate would include:

• Excellent research and academic credentials with a degree or postgraduate qualification
• 12+ months of professional experience, ideally within research, analysis, consulting, executive search, professional services or another relevant business/corporate environment
• Experience producing high-quality research, analysis or client-facing documentation
• Excellent project and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• An international mindset and an interest in working across different markets, industries and geographies
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively with incomplete or complex information
• Fluent Dutch and strong English language skills, both written and spoken
• A drive to build a career in retained C-level executive search within an industry-respected firm
