Job summary

Arup in Amsterdam is seeking a Senior Architect to lead the development and delivery of Science, Industry & Technology projects, guiding complex architectural design from concept through technical delivery.

You will champion design excellence, oversee BIM and digital coordination, mentor teams and collaborate with clients, project directors and multidisciplinary specialists across Arup’s global network.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Architecture and a minimum of ten years of professional experience.
Strong leadership of complex projects and multidisciplinary teams.
Proven experience with BIM-enabled project delivery and Revit workflows.

Responsibilities

Lead architectural and multidisciplinary project teams from concept to technical delivery.
Establish a clear architectural vision for complex projects.
Champion design excellence and maintain quality throughout the lifecycle.
Lead design reviews, workshops, and key project decisions.
Develop strong relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholders.
Translate complex requirements into architectural strategies.
Oversee BIM and digital delivery strategies across projects.
Mentor teams and support professional development.
