Job summary

Arup in Amsterdam seeks an Architect to join the Netherlands Architecture team on Science, Industry & Technology projects. You will translate client briefs into clear spatial solutions, lead work packages and coordinate multidisciplinary design from feasibility to technical delivery.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Architecture.
• 5–8 years of professional experience.
• Strong architectural portfolio demonstrating design and delivery experience.
• Proven experience coordinating complex building projects.
• Proficiency in Revit and BIM-based project delivery.
• Understanding of Dutch planning, permitting or building regulations.
• Ability to communicate design ideas clearly to clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborative approach and ability to mentor colleagues.
• Eligibility to work in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs from feasibility and concept through technical delivery.
• Translate client briefs into clear spatial solutions and coherent architectural concepts.
• Lead architectural work packages and coordinate related project deliverables.
• Maintain architectural quality and design intent throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor Graduate Architects and junior team members.
• Collaborate with engineering and specialist disciplines to resolve interfaces.
