Qualifications

• Senior-level experience as a Technical Designer or Delivery Architect.
• Proven experience working on-site on large-scale projects.
• Must be currently based in Amsterdam.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery across an 11-floor large-scale project.
• Produce, coordinate and manage detailed technical drawings in Revit.
• Resolve complex BIM and Revit issues independently.
• Attend regular site meetings and contribute to project planning.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations and project specifications.
