Uber Technologies Inc. in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, is seeking a Sr. AR Analyst to manage a complex AR portfolio across the EMEA region within Finance Operations — Order to Cash Service Delivery.

This role involves collaboration with in-country teams, Tax, Legal, and corporate clients to ensure timely collections and accurate billing. The candidate will monitor AR, communicate with customers, reconcile payments, and generate performance reports while ensuring compliance with policies and

Competenze

• BA/BS in Accounting or Finance related field.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in multinational, high tech, and high volume organizations; of which 2-3 years in team lead / manager roles.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Mansioni

• AR Portfolio monitoring / management: review AR to identify delinquencies and KPI performance.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to remove roadblocks and clear invoices.
• Lead special projects and support Credit, Collections, and Cash Applications.
• Customer communication on outstanding balances and payment patterns.
• Reconcile payments and resolve discrepancies with Cash Application.
• Document collection activities and generate management reports.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies; support end-to-end workflows.
• Manage disputes and coordinate with GPO and Service Delivery teams.
