Uber in Amsterdam is seeking a Sr. AR Analyst to manage a complex EMEA AR portfolio and work with in-country teams and central groups. This hands-on role requires self‑startability, accuracy, and strong collaboration across Accounting, Tax, Legal, and corporate clients.

You will monitor balances, drive collections, reconcile payments, and prepare management reports. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience, leadership exposure, and fluent English.

Competenze

• BA/BS in Accounting or Finance related field.
• 5+ years of experience in multinational, high tech, high volume organizations; 2-3 years in team lead / manager roles.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Mansioni

• AR Portfolio monitoring / management: review AR portfolio and balances to identify delinquent accounts.
• Monitor payment patterns and address issues; deliver on KPIs.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to clear invoices and remove roadblocks.
• Lead special projects and assist with Credit, Collections, and Cash Applications.
• Maintain records of collection activities and generate reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and policies; ensure BPOs comply with process expectations.
• Manage disputes; work with GPO and Service Delivery to resolve issues end-to-end.
• Prepare and lead financial performance presentations for leadership; act as central contact for finance partners.
