Job summary

Molex is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our global Collections Team on site in the Netherlands. You will manage a customer portfolio, drive timely collections, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to improve processes.

Your toolkit includes SAP, GetPaid, and visualization platforms like Power BI/Tableau/Alteryx. A bachelor’s degree in business/finance/accounting and 1+ years’ experience are required, with English as a must and additional languages a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in AR/AP or related roles.
• Experience with SAP and GetPaid systems.
• Exposure to data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau/Alteryx).
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or accounting required.
• English language skills; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely collection efforts to ensure customers fulfil obligations.
• Proactively manage and own a portfolio of customers.
• Collaborate across functional groups to resolve issues.
• Communicate with internal partners and external customers.
