Job summary

Vistra is seeking a Senior Application Support Analyst to provide Level 2 support for Quantios ViewPoint (VPoint) and integrations. You will bridge business users, vendors, and Level 3 teams to resolve incidents and drive service improvements in a fast-paced, global environment.

You will report to the Business Applications organization, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure stability, performance, and continuous improvement of the platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• Minimum 4+ years in application support or Level 2 support.
• Experience with enterprise ITIL-based environments.
• Experience with vendor management.
• Strong English communication.

Responsibilities

• Own Level 2 support for Quantios ViewPoint and integrations.
• Lead incident resolution and RCA.
• Coordinate with vendors and Level 3 DevOps.
• Create technical documentation and runbooks.
• Deliver regular status updates.
