Job summary

Arηs Group, part of Accenture, seeks experienced ICT Operations professionals to manage installation, configuration and administration of applications across environments. You will monitor performance, tune services, and handle incident/change/release management while expanding the technical knowledge base for ICT Operations.

Ideal candidates have extensive IT infra experience, especially in microservices, containers and Elasticsearch, plus scripting skills and familiarity with ITIL practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years in IT infra.
• 6+ years in mid/large IT infrastructure: deployment, support & maintenance of apps.
• 5+ years in application administration.
• 2+ years with micro-services, container orchestration and Docker/Kubernetes.
• 2+ years administering Elasticsearch.
• 5+ years with enterprise Windows or Linux servers.
• Knowledge of deploying and administering Elasticsearch clusters.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Helm, Docker, Rancher.
• Knowledge of Puppet, Ansible, Chocolatey.
• Shell and/or PowerShell scripting.
• ITIL incident, change and release management experience.

Responsibilities

• Application installation, configuration and administration in production and non-production environments.
• Application monitoring, performance tuning and continuous improvement of service quality.
• Applications support and maintenance: incident, change, release and problem resolution.
• Writing and validating procedures manuals, troubleshooting guides, backups and restores.
• Automating administrative procedures and providing docs for installation and support.
• Contributing to knowledge base for ICT Operations activities.
• Reporting on application availability, performance, capacity and usage.
