Job summary

Arhs is seeking an experienced DevOps engineer to design, implement and manage CI/CD platforms across cloud and on‑prem environments. You will optimize scalability, security and operational efficiency while delivering reusable pipelines and automation templates.

You will deploy applications via Helm on Kubernetes clusters, maintain CI/CD components, and provide guidance to development teams on best practices. Training and metric collection are also part of the role.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in IT with CI/CD platforms and at least 3 years in Azure DevOps Server administration.
Proven experience deploying apps on Kubernetes clusters and using Helm deployments.
Strong knowledge of DevOps practices, automation and IaC tooling.

Responsibilities

Design, maintain and improve CI/CD platforms across cloud and on‑prem environments.
Review and update designs for scalability, security, performance and ops efficiency.
Develop reusable pipelines, templates and automation for delivery pipelines.
Create and maintain automation scripts for build, release and deployment processes.
Package and deploy apps using Helm and Kubernetes deployment mechanisms.
Ensure repeatable and reliable deployment across environments.
Administer and upgrade CI/CD components including build agents.
Provide guidance to development teams on platform usage and deployment.
Deliver training and knowledge transfer on CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
Collect, analyse and report platform metrics such as cycle time and uptime.
