Organon is seeking a Senior Technician in Quality to conduct complex analytical testing and to review and approve results. You will independently plan, prioritize, and collaborate with team members while applying a broad set of analytical techniques.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (HBO) in Analytical Chemistry or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently; decisive, critical, and detail-oriented.
• Excellent command of both Dutch and English, written and spoken.
• Strong training and instructional skills.
• Capable of managing continuously changing priorities.
• Hands-on mentality and flexible approach.
• Results-driven, accurate, quality-focused, and service-oriented.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience within the applicable field.
• Extensive theoretical and practical knowledge of performing non-routine and newly developed analyses across a broad range of analytical techniques.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex routine and non-routine analytical testing.
• Conduct analyses of APIs, raw materials, reference standards, cleaning validation samples, water samples, packaging materials, and other non-standard requests.
• Review and approve analytical results.
• Prepare and review protocols and reports.
• Identify, document, and initiate investigations of deviations.
• Update and maintain GMP documentation.
• Support release and stability testing activities as required.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of Quality Control processes and procedures.
• Train laboratory personnel on Quality Control procedures and protocols.
• Respond to questions and provide support during internal and external audits.
• Comply with GxP requirements and regulations related to safety, hygiene, and environmental standards.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste within laboratory processes and procedures
