Job summary

Organon seeks an Assoc. Specialist Analytical Method Validation (AMV) in Quality Control to coordinate validation activities and ensure timely reporting. You will review validation and verification protocols, approve results, and occasionally perform analytical testing depending on priorities.

The role requires a HBO Bachelor's in Analytical Chemistry, 5+ years in an analytical lab, and strong Dutch and English skills, plus a proactive, independent mindset and rigorous data interpretation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Analytical Chemistry (HBO).
• Minimum 5 years in an analytical laboratory environment.
• Experience with analytical method validation and verification is highly desirable.
• Excellent command of Dutch and English, written and spoken.
• Strong communication, training and knowledge-transfer skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prioritize operational activities to ensure timely testing and reporting.
• Review and approve validation/protocols and validation reports.
• Execute, review, and approve validation and verification activities.
• Initiate, coordinate and oversee analytical method validation projects.
• Prepare validation protocols and validation reports.
• Review analytical results, protocols and reports; address deviations.
• Provide SME input and technical justification for atypical results or trends.
• Train laboratory personnel in QC procedures and protocols; mentor interns.
