Job summary

Adyen in Amsterdam is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our AML detection product within Identity & Risk Intelligence. Financial crime keeps getting more complex, and as Adyen expands into new products and markets, our detection needs to scale with it—without becoming a bottleneck for growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management experience building ML-driven, high-scale products.
• 2+ years in AML, fraud detection or financial crime.
• Experience in regulated environments like payments or fintech.

Responsibilities

• Lead the build and scaling of ML models, rules and risk signals for financial crime.
• Develop scalable self-service detection to adapt quickly to new typologies.
• Own execution of AML strategy with data-driven trade-offs.
• Partner with Compliance to translate regulatory expectations into product boundaries.
• Define metrics for detection quality and efficiency and improve signal quality.
• Lead Data Scientists, Data Analysts, and Backend Engineers with the engineering lead.
