Qualifications

• 5+ years in software or ML engineering.
• 2+ years designing and productionizing AI systems.
• Proficient in Python and ML engineering best practices.
• Experience with pre-trained models, context engineering, and RAG.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and deployment of multi-step AI agents for investigations.
