Loop Earplugs in Amsterdam/Antwerp is seeking an experienced Amazon DSP lead who will own strategy, budgeting and optimization across US, EU and other active regions. You’ll translate business goals into campaign structures and budget plans, driving performance at scale.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Amazon Advertising, including significant hands-on experience specifically in Amazon DSP.
• Proven track record managing multimillion DSP budgets with full ownership of performance outcomes.
• Strong working knowledge of Amazon Marketing Cloud and experience running DSP across multiple marketplaces or regions simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end Amazon DSP strategy across all active marketplaces, aligned with overall retail media and brand goals.
• Build, launch and optimize DSP campaigns across tactics, translating business goals into campaign structures, targeting logic and budget strategy.
• Manage full DSP budget allocation across markets and campaign types at multimillion scale, reallocating dynamically based on performance.
• Own performance against targets including ROAS, New-to-Brand, reach/frequency and funnel metrics.
• Design and run a structured testing roadmap across audiences, creative, placements and bid strategy, with clear hypotheses and success criteria.
• Turn test results into scaled changes across markets.
• Partner with creative and design teams to brief, QA and iterate DSP assets based on performance data.
• Build and maintain reporting using Amazon Marketing Cloud, deliver weekly, monthly and QBR-level performance reporting, and define and track OKRs for the DSP channel.
