Job summary

Loop Earplugs is seeking a Marketplace Lead to own execution across Amazon and other marketplaces, driving discoverability, conversion, and commercial performance. You will manage listings, optimize content, and use data to inform tests and optimizations.

Amsterdam or Antwerp-based role requiring at least 3 years of hands-on marketplace experience, including Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central, with strong English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Hands-on marketplace experience with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central.
• Ability to analyze performance data and translate to actions.
• Strong understanding of SEO and product content on marketplaces.
• Independent work style with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day execution across assigned Amazon and other marketplace accounts, keeping listings and content accurate.
• Improve product discoverability and conversion via keywords and content.
• Monitor KPIs and turn data into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Marketing, agencies, and freelancers to boost performance.
• Lead launch activities for new marketplaces and country entries.
