Job summary

OWOW is seeking an AI Solutions Consultant to turn client ambitions into validated, fundable AI initiatives. You will lead end-to-end discoveries with frontline staff to C-level stakeholders, map processes, and translate findings into a phased roadmap and business case.

Collaboration with product, engineering and design teams is essential as we scale our discovery practice. You will work in a hybrid setup from the Eindhoven office, leveraging modern AI tooling to prototype outputs and drive

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in consulting, product management, business analysis or solutions roles, with a track record in AI, automation or digital transformation.
• Demonstrable experience leading client discoveries, workshops or deep-dive sessions with senior stakeholders.
• Strong process and data modeling skills (flowcharts, decision points, system mapping, integration touchpoints).
• Comfortable navigating ERP and legacy system landscapes.
• Hands-on experience with modern AI tooling: LLMs, prompt design, transcript analysis, and AI-assisted document and flow generation.
• Strong written & spoken communication in both Dutch and English. You can write a follow-up email, a discovery report and a board-level presentation with the same clarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery engagements end-to-end, from intake through to go/no-go presentation.
• Facilitate deep-dive sessions with operational and management stakeholders.
• Map current processes, systems and data flows across ERP, legacy tooling and informal workarounds.
• Identify high-impact AI and automation opportunities and translate them into a phased roadmap.
• Build the business case: ROI, break-even, pricing, and the proposal for the follow-up trajectory.
• Present the discovery output to senior client stakeholders and close the follow-on engagement.
• Use AI tooling actively during and after sessions to prototype outputs quickly.
• Work with product, engineering and design teams to ensure scope is buildable and pricing is honest.
• Help shape the discovery practice by contributing templates and frameworks.
