Job summary

Qabird seeks an experienced Operations/PM professional to drive the Marketplace Operations portfolio across Rotterdam and international teams. You will translate frontline needs into clear technical requirements and guide tool rollouts, AI support optimization, and telephony configuration.

You will prototype solutions with no-code automation, leverage data dashboards, and collaborate with leadership to deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in project/program management or operations within a marketplace, SaaS or high-volume operations.
• Hands-on experience configuring and optimizing AI support tooling; knowledge management and automation.
• Proven ability to prototype solutions with no-code/low-code tools; data-driven mindset.
• Strong cross-functional translation of operational needs into product requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder empathy and prioritization under pressure.
• Fluent English; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the Marketplace Operations project portfolio from scoping to adoption across Rotterdam and Cergy.
• Translate frontline operational needs into clear requirements for Product, Tech and Sales.
• Maintain and optimize our Fin AI support agent and its knowledge base.
• Own the telephony stack, including IVR and queue configurations.
• Identify repetitive work and build lightweight automated solutions.
• Collaborate with Heads and the Training & Quality Manager to align priorities.
