Nance is seeking a Senior AI Product Developer to own user-facing features end-to-end in a fast-moving, high-ownership team. You’ll decide what to build from thin specs, prototype quickly, ship to production and measure impact.

You’ll improve the Nance agent, build eval harnesses, and collaborate across frontend React, Python backend and cloud infra. The role emphasizes UX, speed, polish, and hands-on coding with AI tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering with customer-facing product work.
• Shipped at least one LLM-powered feature to production for real users.
• Strong full-stack fundamentals and attention to UX, speed and polish.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus but not required.

Responsabilités

• Work on core capabilities of the Nance agent: harness, tools and memory management.
• Build evals and experiment with techniques to observe and test agent behavior.
• Take features from idea to shipped and adopted: scope, full-stack implementation, launch and iterate.
• Ensure UX, speed and polish are integral to the product.
• Leverage AI coding tools daily to raise team-wide capabilities.
