Job summary

Canon EMEA is seeking a skilled Digital Workplace & EUC lead to drive the adoption and effective use of modern workplace technologies across the Europe, Middle East and Africa region. You will focus on Microsoft Copilot, AI, SharePoint, Power Platform, and Digital Workplace services to maximize value while ensuring security, reliability, and user focus.

Qualifications

5+ years experience supporting EUC, Digital Workplace or similar technologies.
Strong experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint and Teams.
Exposure to Microsoft Copilot, AI solutions, automation technologies.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; engaging with leadership and end users.

Responsibilities

Partner with business stakeholders to support adoption of Microsoft Copilot, AI, SharePoint and Power Platform.
Drive EUC service improvements and continuous optimization of Digital Workplace services.
Support Canon's AI Innovation Hub by identifying and scaling practical AI use cases.
Provide expert guidance to users, project teams, and leaders on workplace technologies.
Coordinate and deliver Digital Workplace projects across multiple countries and functions.
Develop user guidance, training materials, and knowledge resources to improve adoption.
