Job summary

dsm-firmenich seeks a Lead Specialist Site Services & Collaboration to shape the digital workplace across Europe. You’ll drive local IT and workplace services, translate site needs to global IT teams, and support AI-enabled collaboration using M365, Power Platform, and Copilot.

The role emphasizes user adoption, governance, and cross-border teamwork, with a permanent full-time contract. Based in Maastricht (Netherlands) or Tulln (Austria), you’ll contribute to a future-ready digital workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Informatics, Digital Workplace, Engineering or related field.
• Initial practical experience in IT support, Site IT, remote support, ITSM, or with external service providers; knowledge of ServiceNow and ITIL is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Copilot) and modern collaboration/workplace solutions.
• Initial experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Forms) or strong willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication and service orientation; ability to translate business needs into IT solutions.
• Analytical, solution-oriented, interested in AI/automation; able to work with international teams.
• Good English, local language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage local IT and workplace requirements across sites; coordinate service requests and escalations.
• Translate local requirements into actionable specs for global IT teams and providers.
• Support global workplace, collaboration, AI, and user adoption initiatives.
• Bridge business needs with M365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, Copilot, Viva) to improve collaboration.
• Identify opportunities for automation and low-code solutions using Power Platform.
• Promote responsible Copilot and AI usage with governance and adoption guidance.
• Collect user feedback and data to drive improvements in user experience and adoption.
