Job summary

DSM-Firmenich is seeking a Lead Specialist Site Services & Collaboration to shape and improve our digital workplace across multiple locations. You will drive local IT and workplace support, enabling teams to work more efficiently, collaboratively, and with modern tools.

You will combine technical expertise with a service mindset, focusing on Microsoft 365, AI, automation, and low-code solutions to enable new ways of working while ensuring governance and user adoption across international teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical training in IT, Digital Workplace, or engineering.
Experience in IT support or Site IT and with external service providers.
Knowledge of ServiceNow and ITIL is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Power Platform; willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

Coordinate local IT and workplace requirements across sites.
Translate site needs into actionable requirements for global IT and providers.
Support global workplace, collaboration, AI and user adoption initiatives.
Bridge business needs with M365 tools to enhance collaboration and productivity.
Identify automation and low-code opportunities using Power Apps/Power Automate.
Promote responsible Copilot and AI usage with governance guidelines.
Analyze user feedback and metrics to improve digital ways of working.
