Job summary

WMC is seeking a Modern Workplace Administrator to ensure a secure, scalable IT environment and support a fast-growing global company. You will be the first IT contact for employees and help optimize Microsoft 365, cybersecurity, and AI initiatives.

You report to the Head of Data & IT and collaborate with a diverse, international team to enable data-driven decisions and efficient ways of working. Amsterdam office-based role with four days on-site.

Qualifications

• Three+ years as Modern Workplace administrator or similar role.
• Completed applied science degree in IT or related field.
• Experience with device management and policy config using Microsoft Intune.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills; able to manage tasks and drive initiatives.
• People-oriented mindset; focus on supporting colleagues.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration (Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID, Exchange).
• Fluent in English and Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Main point of contact for all IT matters, hardware and software across devices.
• Implement and maintain security best practices with our security partner.
• Manage and implement IT hardware and software projects.
• Configure and support AI solutions.
• Provide technical end-user support.
• Maintain and improve Microsoft 365 environment.
