Job summary

Mediahuis nv is seeking an experienced Digital Workplace Manager to lead our group digital workplace team (approx. 15 people) within Technology & Product Studio (TPS).

You shape workplace management and IAM strategy, ensuring secure access for employees and a great user experience across tools and apps. You’ll report to the delivery manager Infrastructure, drive IAM and M365 initiatives, and collaborate with security for secure-by-design solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a multidisciplinary team (5–10 years).
• Fluency in Dutch and excellent English communication.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical IAM and workplace solutions.
• Strong collaboration with security teams to ensure secure-by-design implementations.

Responsibilities

• Define service line goals and set team priorities.
• Translate strategy into actionable plans and goals.
• Deliver workplace and identity as a product with security and UX by design.
• Support other teams in making strategic decisions and implementing plans.
• Think ahead about IAM evolution across cloud and on-prem environments.
• Collaborate with the security team to ensure compliant solutions.
• Be the go-to person for IAM and M365 across teams and stakeholders.
• Drive adoption of workplace and IAM solutions through change management and communication.
