Job summary

Lefebvre Sdu is looking for a Senior AI Engineer to shape the intelligent core of GenIA-L platform used by lawyers and tax professionals across Europe. You will own the agent architecture, translate legal processes into technical solutions, and ensure knowledge packages scale with robust evaluation and observability.

You will mentor medior engineers, collaborate with editors and subject-matter experts, and help advance production-grade LLM applications.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in software/ML engineering, 5+ years preferred.
• Strong Python and ML libraries proficiency.
• Built LLM applications and deployed in production.
• Hands-on with agent frameworks (LangGraph/LangChain).
• Experience with observability, evaluation sets, and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Define agent architecture for GenIA-L and integration with components.
• Map legal processes to technical solutions and connect components.
• Ensure knowledge packages and pipelines scale and stay up to date.
• Measure quality with evaluation sets, observability and metrics.
