Loyens & Loeff seeks an AI Engineer to join the AI Solutions Team in Amsterdam. You’ll design, develop and improve AI solutions at the intersection of law, business processes and information management.
You’ll collaborate with legal groups and IT colleagues to translate requirements into scalable AI-enabled services, while ensuring adoption and value for professionals across practice groups.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field with relevant experience.
- Strong interest in technology and business processes.
- Ability to analyse complex processes and translate them into scalable solutions.
- Experience with AI tools and knowledge management in a professional setting.
- Experience in an international environment and strong English communication.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, implement and improve AI solutions.
- Collaborate with legal groups and business teams to identify AI opportunities.
- Translate business challenges into clear requirements and designs.
- Configure AI environments, workflows, and knowledge assets.
- Define standards for legal knowledge in AI solutions.
- Advise on knowledge management to scale AI solutions.
- Coordinate intake and delivery of AI initiatives with teams.
- Design and execute testing to assess quality and value.
- Gather feedback and translate into improvements.
- Develop guidance materials and user documentation.
- Monitor AI developments and expand the AI portfolio.
