Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement and continuously improve AI solutions aligned with firm objectives.
• Collaborate with legal practice groups and business teams to identify opportunities for AI-enabled solutions.
• Translate business challenges into clear requirements, solution designs and implementation approaches.
• Configure AI environments, workflows and knowledge assets to support concrete use cases.
• Define standards for structuring legal knowledge and information assets within AI solutions.
• Advise on knowledge management approaches to enable scalability and reuse.
• Coordinate intake, evaluation and delivery of AI initiatives with engineers, IT and stakeholders.
• Design and execute testing to assess quality, usability and business value.
• Gather feedback and performance data to drive improvements and new opportunities.
• Develop guidance materials, demonstrations and user documentation to support adoption.
• Monitor AI developments and identify opportunities to expand the firm's AI portfolio.
