Loyens & Loeff is seeking an AI Engineer to join the AI Solutions Team in Amsterdam. You will design, develop, and continuously improve AI solutions at the intersection of technology and legal knowledge, ensuring solutions are robust and user-centered.

You will translate business needs into concrete AI use cases, collaborate with diverse teams, and drive adoption through guidance and documentation. This role offers hybrid working and a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's in a related field (e.g., Law, Information Science, AI, Innovation Management).
• Strong interest in both technology and business processes.
• Ability to analyze complex processes and translate into scalable AI solutions.
• Passion for working with users and translating needs into value.
• Experience with AI tools, workflow design, low-code/no-code, and knowledge management.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with practice groups and business teams to identify AI opportunities.
• Translate business challenges and user needs into requirements and designs.
• Configure AI environments, workflows, and knowledge assets for concrete use cases.
• Define standards for structuring information within AI solutions.
• Advise on knowledge management to scale, maintain, and reuse AI.
