Celonis is seeking a Senior Value Engineer to drive AI- and data-driven transformation for public sector customers in the Netherlands. You will orchestrate complex roadmaps, manage programs across regions, and partner with executive leaders to realize measurable ROI.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience taking ownership of complex workstreams, processes, and customer relationships in Value Engineering, Consulting, or Pre-Sales.
Fluent in English and Dutch with strong executive presence and communication.
Experience coordinating multi-region or multi-unit transformations with VP/Director sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Value Selling & Realization: uncover issues and realize ROI across process areas.
Stakeholder Management: secure executive sponsorship and co-own change management.
Program Management: lead AI-driven account planning and governance with minimal friction.
Platform & AI Fluency: leverage AI tools for rapid outputs and partner on deep-dive solutions.
Scale Value & Innovation: build expansion roadmaps embedding Celonis as a strategic platform.
