• Comfortable working independently and providing structured, critical feedback.
• Available for 8–20 hours per week, with prompt availability.

Responsibilities

• Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to account management and client service.
• Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, practicality, and real-world requirements.
• Draft realistic account management scenarios based on your experience.
• Create scenario variations from multiple perspectives (account manager, client, project stakeholder, executive).
• Identify gaps or weak logic in AI-generated account management content.
