Job summary

Accenture PLC in Amsterdam is seeking a senior commerce advisor to help leadership teams navigate agentic commerce, translate strategic choices into executable transformation agendas, and combine advisory judgement with technology fluency.

You will frame critical business questions for C-level executives, shape commerce strategies, operating models, roadmaps and business cases, and drive measurable outcomes with clients across the Netherlands and Nordics, collaborating with architects, engineers

Qualifications

• 10+ years in digital commerce advising senior leaders on commerce strategy and transformation.
• Strong track record turning ambiguous C-level challenges into clear choices, recommendations and roadmaps.
• Experience selling work you then delivered, not only supporting pursuits.
• Strong understanding of commerce technology including platforms, data, search, pricing, APIs, integrations and AI agents.
• Credibility with business and technology teams; able to challenge assumptions while keeping client value at the centre.
• Genuine curiosity about emerging technology and how it translates to business value.

Responsibilities

• Advise C-level commercial and digital leaders: frame the real business questions before discussing solutions.
• Bring a clear point of view on agentic commerce and explain trade-offs to leadership.
• Shape commerce strategies, operating models, capabilities, roadmaps and business cases into executable transformation agendas.
• Ground your advice in commerce technology and work with architects and engineers to test feasibility and dependencies.
• Create opportunities from advisory relationships across the Netherlands and Nordics with account leadership and partners.
• Lead engagements from advisory through implementation and grow advisory offerings and capabilities.
