Accenture Amsterdam is seeking a curious, hands-on commerce consultant who translates complex questions into clear advice and practical next steps. You will work directly with senior advisors, analyze client challenges, test emerging AI tools and turn insights into decisions and opportunities.

You’ll collaborate across advisory and delivery engagements, explore customer journeys, and contribute to market insights while expanding capabilities in agentic AI and commerce platforms.

Competenze

• 3-5 years' experience in digital commerce.
• Strong analytical and advisory skills: structure ambiguous questions, work with data, turn findings into practical recommendations.
• Understanding of commerce technology: platforms, product data, search, pricing, checkout, APIs and integrations; curiosity about AI agents.
• You've built something with AI tools yourself—prototype, automation or side project; share in your application.
• Commercial curiosity: spotting client opportunities, contributing to propositions and understanding advisory impact on new business.
• Fluent English; Dutch or Nordic language is a strong plus.

• Work with senior advisors on client research, interviews and workshops; translate findings into clear recommendations and presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Analyze customer journeys, commerce capabilities and operating models; develop evidence for business cases and roadmaps.
• Experiment hands‑on with AI agents, low‑code tools and automations; build simple prototypes to test ideas and share learnings.
• Collaborate with commerce and technology specialists to assess feasibility and dependencies; own defined deliverables across advisory and delivery engagements.
• Contribute to go‑to‑market activities: develop market insights and propositions; support pitches and proposals; help shape opportunities; contribute to pipeline management.
