Job summary

Accenture in Amsterdam seeks a senior commerce advisor who guides leadership teams through agentic commerce, translating strategy into executable transformations. You will frame business questions for executives and shape roadmaps grounded in technology feasibility.

You will lead engagements across the Netherlands and Nordics, build advisory offerings, and drive measurable outcomes with account leadership and partners. Fluent English is required; Dutch or Nordic language is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in digital commerce and advising senior leaders.
• Strong ability to turn ambiguous C-level challenges into clear choices.
• Proven track record selling and delivering engagements.
• Deep understanding of commerce tech including platforms, data, APIs, payments.
• Ability to challenge technical assumptions and align teams.
• Curiosity about emerging technology and practical business value.
• Experience leading cross-functional advisory through implementation.
• Fluent English; Dutch or Nordic language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Advise C-level commercial and digital leaders: frame business questions and clarify actions.
• Provide a clear point of view on agentic commerce and trade-offs.
• Shape strategies, roadmaps and business cases into executable agendas.
